Refund Policy

Refunds

  1. Refunds will adhere strictly to the terms outlined here, and will be provided in the form of store credit or bank account issued. 

  2. These refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the acceptance of the refund request. if the product has not yet been delivered to you.

  3. If the product has already been delivered to you, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days from the receipt of the product by us.

  4. Once Item is received back to us, the refund will reflect back to your mode of payment within 5-7 working days.

  5.  To qualify for exchange or store credit, items must be accompanied by the original invoice.

  6. Exchanges, including size changes, are dependent on availability and require confirmation from us.

  7. Any product that has been exchanged once will be regarded as customized and will not qualify for further exchange or refund.

  8. As we maintain a limited inventory and may not have all sizes available at all times, if an exchange request cannot be fulfilled, store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms outlined here.

  9. Store credits issued for refunds will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance. The conditions applicable to returning goods shall also be applicable to exchanging goods.

  10. Items once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of ready-to-ship products that have undergone no alterations or customizations.

  11. You must initiate any request for return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery by us. Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accommodated.

  12. Products will be eligible for exchange or return only if they are unworn, in perfect condition, and still have all tags attached. Damaged, soiled, or items returned without their original labels may not be accepted and could be sent back to you.

  13. Items are considered faulty if they are received damaged. However, items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you wish to exchange a faulty item rather than receiving store credit, please note that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Whenever feasible, we will also offer to repair faulty items.

Cancellation

  1. If an order is canceled in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions, you will only be entitled to receive store credit as compensation.

  2. As outlined in our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations. Typically, if we receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, we may cancel the order and refund the entire amount as per our standard business practice.

  3. If your order is successfully canceled, the amount paid by you will be refunded to your account within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your bank account details for the reversal. Please note that we do not process cash refunds under any circumstances.

  4. Once an order has been processed, including cases where it has been processed within the first 24 hours, or if a cancellation request is received after the initial 24 hours from placing the order, we will not be able to cancel the order. We retain full discretion to determine whether an order has been processed. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to dispute our decision in this regard. It is important to clarify that after the initial 24-hour period following order placement, you will not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.

  5. To initiate the process of canceling, returning, or exchanging an item, the customer must contact us via email at info@ruh-thesoul.com. Additionally, customers can call our customer care number at +91-8657414485, which operates from Monday to Saturday, 11 A.M. to 8 P.M. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages that occur to the product during transit from the customer to us.
